The PASS Act Legislation

The Pennsylvania Safe Schools Act, known as the PASS Act, was independently conceived of and initially drafted by Pennsylvania high school and college students in 2012.

When it comes to bullying and harassment, our school administrations range from involved and proactive to dissociative and neglectful. One thing they all have in common: they are not compelled by a comprehensive state law to effectively prevent, report, or remediate incidents of bullying and cyberbullying.
